Why choose to move your body?

  • We are designed to move. We have survived over many years by chasing after food or running away from danger. Lifting, pushing and pulling objects to create accommodations. Carry children and objects for long distances, and many other activities.
  • Look at us now. We sit all the time. We sit for work. We sit when we transport ourselves from home to work and from work to home. At home we rest, by sitting. We go to entertainment events, we sit. Most of us subject our bodies to such an unnatural states as sitting for over 70% of time in our lives.

  • It is time to change that. Reverse the negative effects of sitting. Correct the posture. Create an able body. Strong and functional body will improve the quality of your life and improve your well being.
